Overview
The Florida Assisted Living Education & Research Foundation (FALERF) is pleased to announce that Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) is conducting a Florida-specific salary and benefits study of assisted living facilities on behalf of FALERF. The published results will report salary and hourly data for 39 jobs by bed-size and regional Florida groupings.
Percentiles, average, and # of facilities will be reported for each job. The results will include data on staffing metrics, including turnover, vacancy rates, and bonuses used to attract and retain new employees. Key benefits will also be reported, including PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k)/403(b) Plans, and educational assistance.
The study is being funded by the Florida Assisted Living Education and Research Foundation (FALERF). Participants in the study will receive a complimentary copy of the published Report in February 2023.

Founded in 1971, Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) conducts salary & benefits reports exclusively for the healthcare industry. HCS conducts ten annual surveys and works closely with state and national associations to conduct surveys on behalf of their healthcare type.
