Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort
The FALA Annual Conference & Tradeshow will be held Tuesday, August 6 through Thursday, August 8 at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando. FALA group rates starting at $175 per night (single/double occupancy) are available up to three days before and after the conference dates, based on availability. Reservations can only be made online. A credit card and a deposit equivalent to one night's room rate plus tax are required to secure a booking; reservations cannot be processed without a credit card. Group reservations and room rate cut-off date is July 6, 2024, after which rates will be at the hotel’s discretion.
NOTE that guests have the flexibility to adjust their arrival and departure dates or cancel their reservations without incurring any fees until July 6, 2024. To modify or cancel reservations, guests must call 1-800-233-1234 no later than 11:59 p.m., July 6, 2024. All reservations will be charged in full by the hotel on July 7, 2024. Reservations made after July 6 will require full payment at the time of booking. NO refunds, modifications, or cancellations will be available after July 6, 2024.

Resort Fee: $49.00 per room per night is waived. Includes 4 round-trip daily transfers to Walt Disney World; Roundtrip transportation to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure; Daily scheduled transportation to Disney Springs; 24-hour access to Stay-Fit Fitness Center; Pickleball courts and access to paddles and balls; Bike rentals; Rock climbing wall; Sailboats, paddle boards, kayaks and paddle boat rentals; Daily scheduled activities; 5-hole miniature golf course alongside 7-hole Pitch-n-Putt; Complimentary hot lava rock enhancement to any 80-minute massage, 50-minute facial, or 50-minute pedicure at Spa Soleil; Ping pong table with access to paddles and balls; 1-mile and 3-mile mapped outdoor jogging courses; 2 bottles of water daily; guest room wi-fi; complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival for guests 21 and over; nightly movie at the pool (weather permitting).
