2024 Conference & Tradeshow Registrations
Attendee, Exhibitor and Sponsor Registration Information Below!
Attendee Registration
Registration is required for all attendees, whether Full Conference, Single Day, Sponsor, Exhibitor, Spouse/Guest, or Child.
- Early Bird registration rates will be available through May 31st and must be paid in full by May 31st to remain eligible for this rate.
- Standard rates are available June 1st-July 21st and must be paid in full by July 21st to remain eligible for this rate.
- Late & On-Site rates will apply for all unpaid registrations and new registrations starting July 22nd.
Facility Registrants
For Assisted Living Facility (ALF) or Adult Family Care Home (AFCH) owners, operators, managers, and employees only. FALA Facility Member and Non-Member* registration rates are available.

- Facility Full Conference Registration – Includes all education sessions, tradeshow, and scheduled events and meals provided Monday evening through Thursday. Registration is per person.
- Facility Group Discount Full Conference Registration - Includes all education sessions, tradeshow, and scheduled events and meals provided Monday evening through Thursday for four (4) attendees from the same facility. Group discount rate is limited to four (4) attendees.
- Facility Single Day Registration - Includes all education sessions and scheduled events and meals provided for your selected day only (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). Attendance for more than one day requires Full Conference Registration. Registration is per person.
- Spouse/Guest & Child Registrations - Restricted to a spouse/guest and children of a registered conference attendee. Colleagues/co-workers do not qualify as a guest. Includes attendance at all evening functions for Full Conference registrants or a single evening for Single Day registrants.
Associate Member & Vendor Registrants
For attendees who DO NOT own, operate, or manage an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) or Adult Family Care Home (AFCH) or are not employed by an ALF or AFCH. FALA Associate Member and Non-Member Vendor* registration rates are available. Tradeshow exhibitors and conference sponsors, see separate registration below!

- Vendor Full Conference Registration – Includes all education sessions, tradeshow, and scheduled events and meals provided Monday evening through Thursday. Registration is per person.
- Vendor Single Day Registration - Includes all education sessions and scheduled events and meals provided for your selected day only (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). Attendance for more than one day requires Full Conference Registration. Registration is per person.
- Spouse/Guest & Child Registrations - Restricted to a spouse/guest and children of a registered conference attendee. Colleagues/co-workers do not qualify as a guest. Includes attendance at evening functions only for Full Conference registrants (Monday-Wednesday nights) or a single evening for Single Day registrants. Does not include conference breakfasts and lunches.
Exhibitor Staff Registration
Each 10x10 booth includes three (3) Exhibitor Staff badges for access to the Tradeshow for booth staffing. Up to two (2) additional badges may be purchased. All staff must be registered; no badge sharing allowed. Exhibitor Upgrade to Full Conference Registration is available to these registrants only at Associate Member and Non-Member rates. (Onsite badge changes will incur a $50 per badge fee.)
- Exhibitor Staff Registration (up to 3) – Includes access to the exhibit hall only during Tradeshow hours for booth staffing, plus booth set up and tear down. Does not include attendance at any of the conference education sessions, events or meals held outside of the exhibit hall.
- Additional Exhibitor Staff Registration (up to 2) – Includes access to the exhibit hall only during Tradeshow hours for booth staffing, plus booth set up and tear down. Does not include attendance at any of the conference education sessions or events or meals held outside of the exhibit hall.
- Exhibitor Staff Upgrade to Full Conference – Includes all education sessions, tradeshow, and scheduled events and meals provided Monday evening through Thursday. Available to Exhibitor Staff Registrants only. Registration is per person. Member and Non-Member rates apply.
Sponsor Staff Registration
