Tradeshow: August 6 & 7

Register now to exhibit in the greatest assisted living conference in the state!  The FALA Annual Conference & Tradeshow will be held Monday, August 5 through Thursday, August 8, at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando. 
*The Tradeshow portion of the conference will be held Tuesday, August 6, from 5:00pm-7:30pm and Wednesday, August 7, from 11:30am-2:30pm. 
The FALA tradeshow always sells out early, so we encourage you to secure your booth now!  A 50% deposit is required at time of booth registration and booths must be paid in full by June 30.  FALA Members must login to access member pricing.

All booths are 10x10 and include 6' table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, identification signage, and 3 Booth Rep name badges for Tradeshow only access.  Booth Fees do not include Full Conference access Monday-Thursday, however exhibitors may register for a Full Conference Upgrade and may purchase up to two additional Booth Rep badges.  This registration is for your booth only.  Exhibitors will be contacted at a later date to register Booth Representatives.

Tradeshow Open with Reception 5:00pm-7:30pm
Wednesday, August 7
Tradeshow Open with Lunch 11:30am-2:30pm
Exhibitor Tear-down 2:30pm-5:30pm.
LEAD RETRIEVAL will be available to exhibitors through the new FALA conference mobile app.  Early Bird rate is $100 (until June 30); Standard Rate is $200 (after June 30).  Lead retrieval will enable exhibitors to scan attendees' badges for direct contact information. Registration for lead retrieval will be available at a later date.
FOOD/BEVERAGE INSIDE EXHIBIT HALL:  Subject to prior approval, Exhibitors may offer sample portions of its company's food products or sample portions of candy, popcorn, ice cream, etc. inside your booth; however, Exhibitor must contact Tammi Wathen (tammi@fala.org or 850.383.1159) at least thirty (30) days prior to the show to advise what food products will be offered, subject to hotel approval. Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from serving any alcoholic beverages in the exhibit hall.  
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:  Show your support of FALA members by becoming a conference sponsor.  Contact Tammi Wathen (tammi@fala.org) to discuss a sponsorship that meets your budget.
SWAG BAG ITEMS REQUESTED: Make sure your branding is in the hands of every conference attendee by donating your promo items for the conference attendee swag bags. Up to 400 branded items requested; mix and match is fine.  No brochures, business cards, collateral, etc. accepted.  The $250 sponsor fee is waived for all exhibitors.  Items must be received by the FALA office by July 15. BOOTH THEME CONTEST:  Let the best booth win!  Exhibitors are encouraged to design and decorate their booths in keeping with our Ancient Greek Olympics themed conference, "Champions of Assisted Living - Carrying the Torch for Excellence".  Voting for Best Booth will be conducted by conference attendees. Winner receives 50% discount on one booth fee at the 2025 conference.
DOOR PRIZES:  Exhibitors are encouraged to offer a door prize at their booth. You may collect business cards or ask attendees to complete an entry form for your door prize drawing.  Door prizes will be drawn for and awarded Wednesday, August 7, prior to the end of the show. 
SUPPORT THE FALA FOUNDATION:  Silent Auction items are requested to support the Florida Assisted Living Education & Research Foundation which provides several annual scholarships to promote and advance the education of Facility Member employees.  Gift baskets, gift cards, travel items, designer bags, electronics, etc. are always popular items. The Silent Auction will be open for online bids the first two days of the conference.  Contact Tammi Wathen (tammi@fala.org) for information on donating to this worthy cause.
