The Dietary Update Training is designed for assisted living facility administrators and staff pursuing their continuing education requirements under Florida Administrative Code 59A-5.0191(6), which requires that the Administrator or person designated by the Administrator as responsible for the facility's food service and the day-to-day supervision of food service receive a 2 hour update annually in topics pertinent to nutrition and food service in an assisted living facility.

Pre-registration and full payment in advance are required to attend this course. All refunds or transfers are subject to a $10 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than one week prior to class. FALA reserves the right to cancel a class if a minimum number of students is not met. Students will be notified no less than three days prior to the scheduled class date if cancelled and will be given the option of transferring to another class date/location or receiving a full refund.
