Organization Overview
A five-resident assisted living home in Eustis, Florida. An intimate home for five, where every resident receives personalized attention, assistance with daily living, and compassionate care.
By caring for just five residents, we create the time and space to build genuine relationships. We learn each resident's routines, preferences, personality, and the little details that make them feel at home. More importantly, we notice subtle changes that can easily be overlooked in larger settings. Because exceptional care begins with truly knowing the person, not simply managing the care plan.
When someone you love needs assisted living, you're faced with one of the hardest decisions a family can make. You want excellent care, but you also want warmth. You want safety, but you don't want your parent to lose the feeling of being home.
As I toured communities for my loved one, I found caring professionals and beautiful buildings. But I kept asking myself one question:
Who will really know her?
Who will notice when they're quieter than usual? Who will remember how they like their coffee, what makes them laugh, or when they simply need someone to sit beside them for a while? I realized I wasn't looking for a larger community with more amenities. I was looking for a place where they would thrive.
So I created New Moon.
An intentionally small home where every resident is treated with dignity, every family is welcomed as a partner, and exceptional care begins with truly knowing the person.
