San Jean Facility Care Inc. provides a comfortable and loving community for seniors, offering modern and spacious apartments and rooms that come furnished or unfurnished, with residents able to decorate their rooms with memories that suit their own personal style. Each room comes with a telephone connection, television and its own private bathroom, with laundry and household cleaning services provided. The community offers an environment where seniors with dementia can live safely and are offered services that help them maintain their daily living skills. Four meals are catered daily for residents, with staff assisting while encouraging residents to be independent. Additionally, the community offers care for medical and spiritual needs as well as physical needs, including foot care and weekly hair dresser visits. Residents are provided with pick-up and delivery services for groceries and other shopping. Additionally, activities and events that celebrate culture are organized for the residents, including reading and singing circles, slide shows and film matinees in the afternoons.
