The Connie House ALF

We are an assisted living facility located in the heart of Palm Beach County, licensed under AHCA for up to six residents. The four bedroom, three bath Connie House ALF is built on love. The home is clean, bright, open and airy, with a large great room and covered patio. The Connie House is located on a quiet, residential street in Boynton Beach, close to everything.

Love and respect for each other is our code; it’s rule number one. The vibe is clean, contemporary, and chill. We are casual, but we can get dressed up to have a party at the house. If you like to tinker, we have a big garage with tools. If you enjoy arts and crafts, they’re on the agenda too. The house is also large enough to find a quiet place to enjoy a good book. We encourage our residents and staff to dine together at the large dining table. This is our home, it’s open and loving and fun.

The staff at the Connie House shares a passion for ensuring residents’ well-being. All residents get a personalized service plan. Included in these services are an onsite Resident Services Coordinator, case management services, health and wellness support, and community activities. Trained and capable personal care assistants are in attendance 24 hours a day to lend a hand with daily living activities such as medication management, dressing, grooming, bathing, mobility, and using the restroom.
