FALA’s assistive device policy and procedure is intended to serve as a sample for assisted living facilities to comply with the regulations set forth in Chapter 429.02(6) & (21) Florida Statutes and Chapters 59A-36.002 (14) (37) & (38), and 59A-36.007 (5)(d), (9), (10) (c), Florida Administrative Code.
