K2 Wounds specializes in treating patients who have chronic, non-healing wounds including Diabetic Foot Ulcers, Skin Tears, Cellulitis, Venous Leg Ulcers, Bedsores, Pressure Ulcers, Surgial Wounds, Other Complex/Chronic Wounds.

Our mobile team of MDs, DPMs and NPs can treat these chronic wounds at the patient's bedside, in-home, without the need to transfer to a SNF, or other specialized rehab/care facility. We also eliminate those long days transporting residents to wound care facilities, and keep residents in their home.

With our focus on these chronic wounds, we partner with Assisted Living, Memory Care and Senior Living facilities to provide residents and patients with the highest quality of care and attention.
