Scan ID 365 is a safety and emergency preparedness platform designed to give first responders immediate access to critical information when seconds count.
Each user receives a unique Safety ID, linked to a secure profile that includes emergency contacts, medical conditions, allergies, medications, and personalized notes. This information is accessed through a simple QR code—placed on a sticker or ID tag—that can be scanned by emergency personnel in the field.
No app, login, or special equipment is needed.
Originally developed for high-risk sports and outdoor activities, Scan ID 365 is now expanding into the senior care, caregiver, and assisted living markets, where timely access to accurate information can make a life-saving difference.
